Order Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded while it is in transit.
Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. In the event of discrepancy, the date the customer received the product will be determined by the tracking number associated with the order.
- Customers must provide their order number to process a return/refund.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion once the claim is verified.
Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete or with the wrong item(s), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly resolve the issue by reshipping the correct item(s) at no additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders typically take 15–20 business days to arrive. Each order is shipped with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for checking the tracking number.
- Customers must ensure the shipping address is correct before completing the order. Any corrections need to be emailed to us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other shipping carriers once the order has left our warehouse.

Packages Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but the customer states it was not received, the order will be considered delivered as per the carrier’s tracking confirmation.
In these cases:

The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or claim.

This may include checking with neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or local postal offices.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered unless shipping protection was purchased and the carrier confirms the package was lost prior to delivery.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. This includes situations involving:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Mail theft

Packages left unattended

Delivery to shared mail areas or mailboxes

Address forwarding or redirection

Shipping Protection
Shipping protection is an optional service that provides added coverage in the event a shipment is lost in transit before it is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. This includes situations involving incorrect addresses, address changes, mail forwarding, unattended delivery locations, or packages that may be lost or misplaced after delivery.
If shipping protection is selected at checkout and a package is confirmed lost prior to delivery, we will issue a one-time replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Shipping protection does not cover refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
